If you wish to cancel the order, we request you to email us at email@example.com or call us at +91 7060405190 within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped to you. If the cancellation is requested after 24 hours of placing the order, we will not be able to recall the product if it is already shipped.
Mittimate reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case there is any discrepancy in the price listed for a product or any other reason. In such a situation we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of the amount that you have paid.
If there occurs a situation of non-delivery or late delivery due to an incomplete or wrong address provided by the customer, non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery to receive the products, or any other customer-related reason; any extra costs incurred for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
Any order can be returned to us within 5 working days of receiving the order, any return requests after the mentioned time period will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For the return to be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as it was received in and must be in the original packing too. We will require a receipt of proof of purchase to accept and complete your return.
If the product is damaged
In case you receive a damaged product, we request you to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the product along with the photo of the product still in its packaging, please do mention the order ID as well.
We will be happy to replace the product or refund if you wish to do so.
– We will pick up the damaged order and replace it with the new one as soon as possible
– In case of a refund for a defective or damaged product, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days
– If a return is requested on a COD order, we request you share your account details with us
so that we can credit the amount back to your account
